Can you design our home out of state?

Yes, the majority of our work is scattered across the country. With the power of technology, we are able to recreate your site in our office. We still believe strongly in the importance of being on site before we start our process.

How do you structure your fees?

We structure our fees based on the square footage.

Do you have a typical cost per sq.ft.?

We work with different builders across the country. When determining the cost per sq.ft., we lean heavily on their guidance and bidding abilities to inform you.

Will you modify the plan we already have?

This is something we do not do. You can come to us with a plan you are inspired by, but we believe strongly in our custom process from inception.
