Can you design our home out of state?

Yes, the majority of our work is scattered throughout the country. With the power of technology we are able to recreate your site in our office. We still believe strongly in the importance of being on site before we start our process.

How do you structure your fees?

We structure our fees based on the square footage.

Do you have a typical cost per sq.ft.?

We do not. We work with different builders in different states and that information varies quite a bit.

Will you modify the plan we already have?

That is something we do not do. We believe strongly in our process from the inception.
